Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join our Project Services Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Denver, CO.
Your Role Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
Assist with production of project Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
Maintain project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
EXPERIENCE: Prior internship experience in construction preferred
EDUCATION Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience with electronic takeoff software, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred and understanding of basic construction scheduling concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
