Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, addenda, TCPs, and bid documents to identify temporary traffic-control scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for signs, devices, barricades, markings, and equipment.
• Build preliminary estimates using Buyers pricing and procedures.
• Organize bid documents, folders, calendars, and notes for review.
• Enter and maintain project data in TCR and other systems.
• Assist with bid-day prep, reviews, revisions, and submissions.
• Track bids and maintain records of outcomes.
