Responsibilities include roof inspections, blueprint review, documenting conditions with photos, and assisting with estimates and proposals. Requires 2+ years in roofing/construction and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing or construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and building codes.
• Ability to document field findings clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude) and drone operation.

What You'll Do

• Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and recommend solutions
• Read blueprints and flashing details; document deficiencies with photos and sketches
• Report on roof and flashing system conditions and recommend maintenance or repair
• Assist with estimates and proposals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing or construction experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, common defects, and the California Building Code
• Ability to accurately document and report field findings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for day-to-day communication and scheduling
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude) and drone operation for inspections and documentation
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable with outdoor work and a full-time weekday schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Takeoff software experience (PlanSwift, The EDGE, or similar)
• Confidence reading blueprints and flashing details
