Job summary
ADCO Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a hands-on Junior Estimator/Inspector to support a mix of commercial roofing and waterproofing projects in the North Hollywood area. The role splits time between field and office environments, offering growth opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities include roof inspections, blueprint review, documenting conditions with photos, and assisting with estimates and proposals. Requires 2+ years in roofing/construction and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of roofing or construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and building codes.
- Ability to document field findings clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
- Willingness to learn AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude) and drone operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Read blueprints and flashing details; document deficiencies with photos and sketches.
- Report on roof and flashing system conditions and recommend maintenance or repair.
- Assist with estimates and proposals.
