• 2+ years of estimating experience.

• Experience in performing take-off, pricing, and communicating with subcontractors.
• Track record of achievement and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly investigate specifications, scope of work, and drawings for bids.
• Accurately perform takeoffs, calculations, and analyze data.
• Conduct field visits to gather data on project site conditions.
• Negotiate the best deal for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams.
