Job summary

You will review plans and specs, prepare bid packages, and support GMP budgeting. Strong math, drawing interpretation, and communication are essential for success in this on-site role with exposure to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of estimating technology and tools (OST, BIM, Assemble, Revit, Bluebeam).
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity take-offs for projects.
• Assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects.
• Communicates scopeClarifications with architects and consultants and documents them.
• Reviews milestone documents for pricing opportunities and supports bid reviews.
• Assists with final estimate assembly for owner presentation.
• Aids field operations with change order pricing when needed.
