Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with OST, BIM, Assemble, Revit and Bluebeam or equivalent software.
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity take-offs.
• Assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects.
• Communicates with architects/ consultants to clarify scope and schedule.
• Reviews milestone documents for pricing opportunities.
• Participates in internal estimate review and final assembly of bids.
• Supports post-bid organization for future reference.
• Assists with change-order pricing if needed.
