This role is ideal for an estimator with experience in commercial construction estimating and is ready to advance within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to prepare estimates and support the preconstruction process.

This role is ideal for an estimator who has already gained experience estimating commercial construction projects while working for a commercial general contractor and is ready to continue developing within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
The Junior Estimator will work closely with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to prepare accurate estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and support the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
