Uprite Construction Corporation is seeking a Junior Estimator to join the Preconstruction team. You will assist with preparing estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze subcontractor proposals to support the preconstruction process from budgeting through bid submission.
The role requires 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Strong reading of drawings and deadline-driven organization are essential.

This role is ideal for an estimator who has already gained experience estimating commercial construction projects while working for a commercial general contractor and is ready to continue developing within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
The Junior Estimator will work closely with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to prepare accurate estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and support the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
