What You’ll Do:

• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and plans
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level to junior‑level estimating experience
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and quantities
• MeasureSquare experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn

Compensation:

$55,000 – $70,000 annually (DOE) + bonus
