Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Early-career construction professional with estimating, project engineering, or field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software is advantageous.
