Qualifications

• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• No experience in estate planning required.
• Capacity to handle cases and clients independently after orientation, training, and monitoring work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations, devise strategies, and emphasize service value.
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work.
• Prepare documents for estate plans and lead final meetings with clients.
• Draft, draft, draft.
• Assist with marketing by networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements.
• Use Oxford comma and ensure accurate spelling of names of team members and clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial compensation will be based on prior experience and current pay. Raises will be based on job performance.
• This position is NOT remote.
• Optional work from home 3 times a month.
• Health insurance and retirement options.
• The Firm provides paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
• PLEASE NOTE: Salary range includes potential performance bonuses. Base salary will be lower, but total compensation will be at least in the range listed, if not higher, depending on the candidate's and team's performance. Meaning: YOU are in control of making more money!

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly
