Qualifications

• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• No experience in estate planning required.
• Capacity to handle cases and clients independently after orientation, training, and monitoring work.
• Compassion when dealing with clients and ability to earn their confidence and respect.

• Willing to work hard to ensure top-notch service and results.
• Demonstrates character, intelligence, integrity, and positive office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations, devise strategies, and emphasize service value.
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work.
• Prepare documents for estate plans and lead final meetings with clients.
• Draft, draft, draft.
• Assist with marketing by networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements.
• Use Oxford comma and ensure accurate spelling of names of team members and clients.
