• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• 3+ years experience in estate planning, probate, and business law.
• Ability to handle cases and clients independently after orientation and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial consultations and devise strategies.
• Delegate work to case managers and legal assistants and monitor their work.
• Assess probate strategies and manage probate cases and hearings.
• Advise on entity formation and business contracts.
• Lead and participate in final meetings with clients.
• Draft documents with meticulous attention to spelling and details.
