Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Entry Level Environmental Engineer for the Environmental Remediation Practices group in the Fort Collins or Denver, Colorado offices to support soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects.

The ideal candidate will learn new skills, perform field and office tasks, and join a collaborative team. The role begins ASAP and offers a pathway to grow within a global infrastructure leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; pre-employment background check.
• Willingness to travel to project locations; overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental field work including soil and groundwater sampling and remediation system data collection.
• Produce accurate documentation of operations, inspections and compliance.
• Field data collection, processing and interpretation; support data analysis and report preparation.
• Interpret data and compare to relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
• Travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.
