Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing USA seeks an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples following approved methods and SOPs. The role may require standing, handling organic solvents, lab glassware and specialized equipment.

Responsibilities include sample prep, chemical analysis, data evaluation and reporting, plus routine instrument maintenance. Training on GC/MS and related techniques will be provided. First shift, with varying start days.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, or 2 years lab experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Record and report data; communicate test results to supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument care and calibration.
