The role focuses on daily oversight and management of construction and maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with facilities, engineering, GMP, EHS, and site security requirements. You will support cross-functional capital and operational projects spanning manufacturing, facilities, and utilities, collaborate with internal and external teams, and help ensure work is completed in line with site

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of contractor oversight in Pharma or Medical Device industries.
• Familiarity with EHS requirements for construction or maintenance projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight and management of contractors in compliance with site requirements.
• Support cross-functional capital and OpEx projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure work aligns with SOPs.
• Escort and safety onboarding of contractors for work on process systems and building infrastructure.
• Provide project management and maintenance coordination support to project managers.
• Perform miscellaneous work related to projects, maintenance, or facilities.
