Qualifications

• 1–2 years of contractor oversight experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device environment.
• Engineering degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or advanced) in an Engineering-related field.
• Familiarity with EHS requirements for construction and/or maintenance activities.
• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across office, construction, utilities, maintenance, laboratory, and manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with contractors, construction, maintenance, or facility-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities and CapEx/OpEx projects.
• Provide daily oversight and coordination of construction and maintenance contracts.
• Escort contractors on process systems, utilities, and building infrastructure.
• Monitor contractor progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Support contractor safety onboarding, badging, gowning, and site access.
• Help ensure compliance with EHS, site security, and safety procedures.
• Support high-risk work requirements, including LOTO, hot work, fall protection, and confined-space procedures.
• Provide engineering, project management, and maintenance coordination support.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, EHS, and external contractors.
