Qualifications

• Prior exposure to email marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or related field preferred.
• Interest in lifecycle marketing; Klaviyo experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities with clear communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting engaging email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Create and manage campaign assets; coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
• Build and QA email campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation and personalization.
• Schedule campaigns and ensure mobile-friendly, accessible emails.
• Support SMS campaigns with copy and flow setup.
• Compile weekly performance reports and assist with A/B testing insights.
