You will assist seasoned mechanics with hands-on tasks and receive training to diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble AC/DC motors, pumps, and gearboxes under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn diagnostic equipment, with on-the-job training and opportunities to advance into a full motor mechanic role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Willingness to learn, strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing and maintaining AC/DC motors and related equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance and recordings.
• Learn to disassemble, clean, and reassemble motors under supervision.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory tracking.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
