Job summary

CEI is seeking a Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to support the Category Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks, driving accuracy of online content and promotions while ensuring a strong customer experience.

You will execute merchandising requests, maintain pages, assist with pricing and campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on time. This 100% remote role offers a 40-hour work week and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of key eCommerce pages; flag issues and update as needed
• Review product details, launch dates, and page content for accuracy
• Build and maintain marketing collections, links, and related merchandising assets
• Complete online marketing requests and support promotions
• Assist with pricing and promotion requests (entry, tracking, follow-through)
• Run routine reports; maintain trackers, templates, product data files, and shared documentation
• Review competitor websites and document relevant activity (product, pricing, promotions)
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects as assigned
• Partner with internal teams to gather inputs and deliver requests on time, accurately

The Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist supports the Category Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks that help drive and maintain an assigned online category. This role focuses on executing merchandising requests, maintaining accuracy across eCommerce pages and product content, supporting pricing/promotions, and completing reporting and competitive checks—ensuring a strong customer experience.
