Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. in Coatesville, PA is seeking a first-level IT support specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will troubleshoot user issues, manage helpdesk tickets, and document resolutions to improve service delivery. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of IT support or ERP experience, an understanding of ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid passport and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and related systems.
• Provide first-level support for user questions, errors, and troubleshooting.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
• Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
• Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.
