Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking an on-site IT support specialist in Coatesville, PA to provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications. You will monitor helpdesk tickets, document issues, and assist users across Finance, Operations, and Service.

Role requires 0–3 years in IT support or ERP; exposure to Dynamics NAV/Business Central is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
• Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
• Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
• Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.
