Aerzen USA Corp. in Coatesville, PA is seeking an IT support professional to provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications, handling helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting user issues, and contributing to process improvements.

You will document tickets, escalate complex cases to senior consultants, assist across Finance, Operations, and Service, and collaborate with IT and business users while supporting multiple subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of IT support or ERP experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
• Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems.
• Provide first-level support for user questions, errors, and troubleshooting.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
• Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
• Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.
