Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking an IT support professional to provide first-level assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central onsite in Coatesville, PA. You will manage helpdesk tickets, diagnose user issues, and help optimize ERP processes across finance, operations and service.

0–3 years of IT/helpdesk experience and familiarity with Dynamics NAV/Business Central are preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of IT support or ERP experience.
• Familiarity with Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
• Basic ERP and MS Office understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
• Handle helpdesk tickets, resolve user issues, and contribute to process improvements.
• Monitor and manage incoming tickets related to BC and connected systems.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets per IT policy.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when needed.
• Assist users with BC processes across Finance, Operations and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge base creation and cross-department collaboration.
