The role involves assisting with layouts, manpower planning, material take-offs, and coordination of field activities. English and Spanish skills are valued, with growth toward independent project supervision.

Qualifications

• Leadership and on-site coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to learn and apply safety procedures and OSHA practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort with iPad and construction software tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret plans and specs; assist in layout.
• Assist Foreman with scheduling and manpower planning.
• Communicate with GC Superintendents and management; attend meetings.
• Lead on the job; enforce quality control; manage punch lists and cleanliness.
• Run jobs independently with supervision as needed; assist in closeout.
• Commit to safety; pursue OSHA 30; conduct toolbox talks and report incidents.
• Assist with material take-offs, deliveries, and staging.
• Help with paperwork: Verfico, sign-in sheets, manpower tracker, tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
