• Strong communication with project team and GC personnel.
• Safety-focused with the ability to conduct safety meetings.
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Assist Foreman with scheduling and verifying manpower.
• Communicate with GC Superintendents and management; attend meetings.
• Lead on the job; enforce quality control; manage punch lists.
• Run jobs with oversight; complete closeout and service jobs.
• Support safety initiatives; attend safety meetings; report incidents.
• Assist in ordering and organizing material; field take-offs and verifications.
• Assist Foreman with paperwork: tickets, safety forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
