Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is looking for a Junior Foreman to support Foremen, learn the foreman responsibilities, and develop leadership skills on active construction sites.

The role emphasizes reading plans, coordinating manpower, and maintaining site safety and organization. Bilingual communications and basic blueprint interpretation will be beneficial as you progress toward higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn to read plans and specifications.
• Willingness to earn OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership and on-site communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Learn to read and interpret Plans and Specifications; assist in layout.
• Assist Foreman with scheduling and verifying manpower.
• Communicate with GC Project Superintendents; attend on-site meetings.
• Lead on the job; enforce quality control and manage punch lists.
• Run jobs independently; complete closeouts and service work.
• Support safety; participate in safety meetings and OSHA 30 activities.
• Assist in ordering and organizing material; field take-offs and deliveries.
• Assist Foreman with paperwork: tickets, time sheets, safety forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
