TravelCenters of America is seeking a level one Truck Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair heavy duty trucks and trailers across a nationwide network. You will service customers with accuracy and efficiency, returning travelers to the road better than they arrived.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe practices, and delivering high-quality service in both interior and exterior conditions, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wear conditions and, with TSA or Manager, make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within your capabilities and as written.
• Follow Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Work in a safe environment and report potentially unsafe situations.
