Job summary

Pharmacy Innovations is hiring a Junior Developer to help build and maintain the internal web apps and tools that power our 11 pharmacy locations. You'll ship real features that our pharmacists, technicians, and back-office staff use every day.

You'll work with React, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, Python, and .NET, integrating with Graph API, SharePoint, and Entra ID sign-in, while writing Python scripts and automations that connect our pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on development experience
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and a backend language (Python, C#, or Node)
• Experience using Git and GitHub (branches, pull requests, resolving merge conflicts)
• Eager to learn - pharmacy and healthcare compliance are teachable

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal web apps (React, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions)
• Integrate apps with Microsoft 365 (Graph API, SharePoint, Entra ID sign-in)
• Write Python scripts and automations that connect pharmacy systems
• Wire data feeds between internal systems (Pixie, NetSuite, PK Software)
• Contribute to .NET / C# projects as we bring more software in-house
• Use AI coding tools to move faster while reviewing every line before it ships
• Support and improve tools across our pharmacies
• Learn our stack, pharmacies, and the compliance rules that shape both
