The Senior Integration Developer plays a key role in building and maintaining the systems that support patient access operations, pharmacy coordination services, clinical workflows, prescription fulfillment, and operational service activities. The team supports an ecosystem that includes a customized Salesforce platform, GuardianRX, and multiple hybrid pharmacy systems.
About the Role
In this role, the developer works closely with business partners, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality integrations and application enhancements across GuardianRX and all inbound/outbound connected systems.
Responsibilities
- The position leverages Azure Logic Apps, API‑based services, middleware components, and Salesforce data integrations to support end‑to‑end workflows for clinical inputs, eRx services, claims processing, payment functions, labeling and printing, shipping workflows, and other pharmacy operational needs.
- The Senior Integration Developer contributes to solution design, implements new features, optimizes system performance, troubleshoots complex integration issues, and ensures the reliability and scalability of all supported pharmacy applications.
- This role supports technology initiatives within the Commercial Technologies organization and contributes to continuous improvement across platforms, processes, and development practices.
Qualifications
- Education or Equivalent Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, CIS or equivalent work related experience required.
Required Skills
- Technical Development & Integration
- Develop, enhance, and support integrations using Azure Logic Apps, pipelines, and API‑based services.
- Build and maintain solutions across GuardianRX, Salesforce, and hybrid pharmacy platforms.
- Write and optimize T‑SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data integration logic.
- Work with Windows Server, SwaggerHub, Apigee, Splunk, Postman, and Azure DevOps in daily development and troubleshooting activities.
- Support SDLC processes, including requirements review, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement integration patterns, error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliability and performance.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems such as GuardianRX, Cperx, Queen City, CMS WordLink, Omnisys, and Genesis is a plus.
