Job summary

Hunter Bond in New York is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for our growing office. You will cover Windows, Mac and mobile environments, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and market data, and manage onboarding/offboarding.

• Experience in Financial Services / Trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support across Windows, Mac and Mobile
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, market data
• Managing onboarding / offboarding
• Mobile device support and configuration (Intune or similar MDM)
• Automating repetitive tasks with PowerShell
• Providing out of hours support where required
