Job summary

HNTB invites energetic engineering interns to contribute to design calculations, reports, and plans for a range of infrastructure projects. You will work with a project team to develop conceptual and detailed designs using current drawing tools and software.

This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and hands-on drafting practice within a structured internship program. Preferred candidates have an engineering degree focus, knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCAD, and familiarity with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans.
• Support project team with research, data collection, and design delivery.
• Contribute to project quantity and cost estimates and organize design files.
