Textron seeks an entry-level 2027 Associate Demand Planner to grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities. You will contribute to demand planning, forecasting improvements, and SKU rationalization while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

The role involves supporting new product launches, maintaining master data, and executing purchase requisitions to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience required.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Factor in new vehicle SIOP to historical demand analysis for forecasting accuracy.
• Support optimization of forecasting systems and data input; assist new product launches.
• Provide product support plans and SKU rationalization.
• Maintain master data workbooks and run daily metric reports.
• Perform purchase requisitions, execution, and ordering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to root cause inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
• Determine correct locations for parts and coordinate moves between warehouses.
• Collaborate with Financial Analytics on processes and procedures.
