Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to support reporting, process improvement, and data quality initiatives. You will work across Microsoft, Google, and third-party systems to deliver clear reports and practical solutions.

The role partners with school-based and engineering-focused teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks and repeatable analyses, contributing to mission operations and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in analytics, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Gather business needs and translate them into reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
Develop, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards to support operational decisions.
Collaborate with school-based staff and engineering teams to understand workflows and reporting needs.
Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and communicate solutions clearly.
