Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking an entry-level analyst to support reporting, process improvement, and analytical work across Microsoft, Google, and third-party systems. You will partner with school-based and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks, reporting, and practical solutions.

The role emphasizes data quality, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis to inform operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in analytics, business, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, business operations, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
• Foundational understanding of data modeling concepts and data structures for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs and translate into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses to support decisions.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with school-based and engineering teams to understand workflows and reporting needs.
• Assist with data modeling activities and testing of system changes.
• Document processes and reporting definitions to improve clarity and continuity.
