Lancesoft is seeking a Junior Data Engineer / Software Engineer to help build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data solutions. You will work with Python, SQL, Java, and AWS, contributing to both data engineering and software engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/SE/Data Eng.
• 0–2 years of experience in data/ software engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Java, AWS, REST APIs, GraphQL.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases; basic data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data transformations, schemas, and warehousing concepts.
• Develop and consume REST and GraphQL APIs; implement authentication and error handling.
• Create dashboards/reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders; participate in code reviews and deployments.
