Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field or related experience.
• 1–3 years in data, analytics, or software engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Ability to learn modern data transformation tools (dbt).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data from various sources.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and support reliability and performance.
• Create and enhance BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality through validation and testing.
• Contribute to data models and transformation workflows.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and business reporting needs.
• Create documentation for pipelines and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
