Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or data science roles
• Experience through internships, academic projects, or professional work involving data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar data visualization tools
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience gathering, documenting, and interpreting business requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data for reporting and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses to identify trends and insights
• Prepare datasets and assist in exploratory data analysis for business initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Excel
• Support development, testing, and monitoring of predictive models under guidance
• Apply basic statistical techniques to analyze data for decision-making
• Assist in integrating data from multiple internal and external sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Document business requirements, user stories, and analytical processes
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support data quality initiatives and improve data collection processes
• Partner with data engineering and development teams to support analytics
• Use SQL, Python, Excel, and other tools to support analysis
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and track work in Azure DevOps/Jira
