Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in data quality, document management, records management, content migration, administrative support, or a related area.
• Experience reviewing and validating large volumes of data or documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across systems and records.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Comfortable learning and navigating new systems, including document or contract repository systems.
• Experience with enterprise applications, databases, document repositories, or content management systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review records in a new system to identify missing documents, incomplete information, and data quality issues.
• Compare migrated records against source data in legacy systems to validate completeness and accuracy.
• Locate missing documents in legacy repositories and upload them to the appropriate records in the new system.
• Verify that document metadata accurately reflects associated attachments and business records.
• Correct metadata discrepancies, including document titles, categories, dates, ownership, and other key attributes.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure uploaded documents are correctly linked and accessible.
• Track and document data quality findings, remediation activities, and completion status.
• Escalate complex issues, system defects, or unresolved data discrepancies to project leads and system administrators.
