Job summary

Circle Logistics, a leading freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider, is seeking an Entry Level Data Engineer to design and maintain data systems powering our operations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, and Track & Trace teams to build practical data solutions with guidance from experienced teammates.

The role focuses on developing data pipelines, writing SQL and Python, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics and reporting to drive informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
• Proficient with Git and collaboration practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and ETL workflows for freight and logistics data.
• Build data integration solutions that connect TransportPro TMS with other tools.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to prepare data for reporting and analytics.
• Create data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, and Track & Trace teams to translate data needs into solutions.
• Document data pipelines and processes for team understanding and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot data issues and apply version control best practices.
