Circle Logistics, a leading freight brokerage and 3PL, is seeking an Entry Level Data Engineer to build and maintain data systems powering operations. You'll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, and Track & Trace to design data solutions that improve accessibility and actionability across the organization.

With guidance from an experienced team, you will develop practical data engineering skills and make a real impact on our business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience querying relational databases
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration concepts
• Interest in ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaboration best practices
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into solutions
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail when handling data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn emerging data technologies and best practices
• Freight, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Design data pipelines and ETL workflows for freight and logistics data
• Build data integration solutions connecting TransportPro TMS with other tools
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and analytics
• Create data quality checks and monitoring for data reliability
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, and Track & Trace teams
• Support analytics and reporting for better decision-making
• Document pipelines and processes for maintainability
• Troubleshoot data issues with the team
• Learn and apply Git version control best practices
• Stay updated on emerging data technologies and practices
