Kenect is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to own data movement, quality, and documentation across our core business systems. You will build ELT pipelines that bring Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, and other go-to-market systems into BigQuery, then model and document that data so revenue teams can use it with confidence.

A meaningful part of this role is discovery and problem-solving: understanding data, mapping it to business concepts, and translating it for non-technical stakeholders while

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python for pipelines and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build ELT pipelines moving data into BigQuery from Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain dbt models to create clean, documented data tables.
• Translate data structures into business-friendly definitions for go-to-market teams.
• Own data discovery and document data lineage, definitions, and authorities.
• Monitor data pipelines and orchestration health with Airflow and implement fixes.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate reporting needs into data models for Power BI.
• Support data infra and evaluation pipelines for production AI agents on Modal.
• Work in Git-based workflows with GitHub, CircleCI, and peer reviews.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development while upholding standards.
