Job summary

Kenect is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to own data movement, quality, and documentation across core business systems. You will build ELT pipelines from Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks to BigQuery, and model data for revenue teams.

Documentation matters so knowledge is shared beyond any one person. This is a high-ownership role in a small team where your work directly powers reporting for Go-To-Market and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data or analytics engineering; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Python for pipelines; experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery).
• Familiarity with dbt and Airflow; strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines moving data from Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks into BigQuery.
• Develop and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into clean, documented tables.
• Translate data structures into clear business definitions for go-to-market teams.
• Own data discovery and documentation across systems; identify authoritative sources.
