Job summary

BIG Consulting LLC, a Cultura company, is seeking a junior Data Analyst to support client analytics and business-systems engagements by preparing, validating, and analyzing data; assisting with system configuration and testing; developing reports and visualizations; and maintaining clear documentation. Working closely with Lead Analysts, this position will learn BIG Consulting’s core ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Analysts on client engagements with data mapping, configuration, and testing in ERP environments.
• Take ownership of defined, lower-complexity workstreams under Lead Analyst guidance.
• Learn BIG's ERP platforms and delivery approach via mentoring, growing responsibility over time.
• Maintain accurate client-facing documentation and internal records.
• Participate in team knowledge sharing to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Create data specifications for multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Work with management and users to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance or data quality.
• Develop interactive visualizations integrating data from multiple sources.
• Support data acquisition and integration using BIG’s tech stack and standards.
• Collaborate across divisions to support projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
