Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking an Asset Management Analyst Junior to support CBP cybersecurity asset inventories and ensure data integrity across large datasets. You will assist with procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposition, and help prepare management reports.

In a mission-focused environment, you will collaborate with technical and operational teams, validate discovered hardware and software assets, and help maintain authoritative asset data sources while adhering to ITIL

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience updating asset records, correcting discrepancies, and validating system‑discovered assets.
• Foundational understanding of asset management processes, databases, or discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset inventories and ensure accuracy across datasets.
• Validate discovered hardware and software assets.
• Assist with asset lifecycle tracking (procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposition).
• Assist in preparing asset management reports.
