Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer in CS Power Systems in the United States. Recent graduates will work with engineers, manufacturing leaders, and cross-functional teams to address customer quality concerns and drive improvements across operations.

You will gain hands-on experience solving real-world quality challenges, coordinating with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Logistics, and contributing to action plans and project closures while building a long-term engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to solve customer issues.
• Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
• Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure.
• Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.
