Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Management, or another related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams to solve customer issues.
• Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
• Manage after‑sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow‑up, and final closure.
• Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.
