Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Analyst for Customer & Digital Insight & Analytics. This role supports reporting, dashboards, and insights to understand customer behavior, digital experiences, and business performance.

You'll work with Product, Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to maintain assets, develop dashboards, and enable self‑serve insights across the enterprise. A strong emphasis on data quality and storytelling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or related field.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards to answer business questions.
• Excellent communication and multi‑priority management.
• Knowledge of customer/digital metrics and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Support reporting assets showing customer engagement and digital performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and tools to meet evolving priorities.
• Assist with models and self‑service analytics initiatives.
