Job summary

FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking an Application Consultant (CRM) to join our Digital & Technology team on behalf of a major client in the Greek market.

You will bridge business requirements and technical execution by configuring, deploying, and optimizing real-time personalization strategies, customer data workflows, and marketing automation across web and mobile touchpoints. You will manage customer profiles, configure event tracking, and ensure seamless integration between web/app

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience administering or consulting on real-time personalization engines, CDP, or enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation systems.
• Front-End Web Fundamentals: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 for web tracking and dynamic rendering.
• Data & Integration Literacy: JSON, SQL, ETL for data validation and catalog synchronization.
• Personalization Logic: algorithmic recommendations, rule-based targeting, dynamic segmentation, A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical & Technical problem-solving with browser DevTools (Console, Network).
• Consultative skills: translating marketing strategies into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Event Tracking & Web Integration: Configure and maintain web event listeners and tracking scripts across digital channels.
• Template & Campaign Execution: Build and deploy dynamic client/server templates and banners for web and mobile.
• Customer Profile & Data Management: Manage unified customer profiles, segmentation rules, identity resolution, and daily data feeds.
• Automated Decisioning & Recommendations: Configure recommendation rules engines, frequency capping, and anti-fatigue logic.
• Testing, Analytics & Optimization: Run A/B and multivariate tests, define conversion objectives, analyze performance.
• Technical QA & Troubleshooting: Use dev tools to inspect events, validate payloads, and debug scripts.
